Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return and refund policy if the watch arrives damaged, defective, or has any mechanical issues. There are no additional charges for returns; however, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item mustbe in its original packaging.
Items that show signs of wear or have been altered in any way will not be eligible for
a refund.
Return Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming we have received your return.
You will also be informed whether your refund request has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please contact us at:

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging an item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
